Job Title: Appointment Setter

Illuminate IT & Marketing is seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for individuals who excel in communication and are looking to gain experience in the marketing and IT industry. You will play a crucial role in our sales process by making cold calls to leads and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make cold calls to a provided list of leads to set appointments with potential clients.

- Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette at all times.

- Manage and update lead statuses and appointments in the company’s CRM system.

- Achieve or exceed appointment setting targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

- Own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.

- Possess headphones or earbuds suitable for making calls.

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

- No previous sales experience required.

Additional Information

This position does not involve direct selling but focuses on initiating contact to set appointments. Successful appointment conversions into actual customers will earn additional commissions, providing a great opportunity to enhance your earnings.
